  15. Maria! Your butternut squash sauce with whole wheat linguine is To Die For- period. I have made it three times over the past month and could eat it every day of my life. The quinoa spinach artichoke bake is also, no exceptions, absolutely delicious- so addictive that i went to the fridge late night to sneak a few tablespoons full- mmmmmmmmm- the best!!! Thank you/Love you!

  21. I made the black bean and roast sweet potatoe salad last night It was a hit. Loved it!! We topped it with a little sour cream and some amazing peach and mango salsa. The salsa topped it off perfectly! Yummy 🙂 thanks for the recipe

  26. Interesting collection of recipes. I found several I’d be interested in making, but I’m not sure my husband would like them. Poor guy, I’m always experimenting on him, and he generally takes it pretty well. The Honey-Lime Quinoa Stuffed Sweet Potatoes has been in my regular rotation for quite a while, and I love it. I actually do it as a casserole instead of stuffing the sweet potatoes. Definitely, recommend that recipe to everyone.
