Regret my decision in choosing @verizonfios. Customer service has been very helpful but this entire process is inconvenient. Should have gone with @GetSpectrum but we are in too deep to switch.

@Ask_Spectrum Big issue is price for me for what my download speed is. Compared to Verizon FiOS I can get a gig up and down for pretty close to what I'm paying now. You don't provide that service.

Dear @GetSpectrum - I look forward to seeing this ongoing outage in southeast Wisconsin reflected on my bill; I can't seem to maintain service for more than 8 minutes at a time, and it's ridiculous, given how much you have raised prices in the past year. Get it together.
