Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of white fungus (soak with water for 10 mins)
  • 8 dried red dates
  • 1 Chinese pear with brown skin (cut into cubes)
  • 2 pandan leaf
  • 2 large pieces of rock sugar

Method:

  1. Boil ½ pot of water
  2. When boil, add white fungus and pandan leaf and boil over medium fire
  3. Boil for ½ an hour then add red dates
  4. Boil until the white fungus and red dates are softened then add Chinese pear and bring to boil
  5. Add rock sugar
  6. This dessert is refreshing and good for health
