Ingredients
- 1 loaf white bread
- 2 tsp per slice peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 5 ml vanilla essence
- dash of double cream
- dash of milk
- 2 per 4 slices eggs
- 1 per slice bananas

Cooking Instructions
- Whisk together eggs with milk and double cream.
- Add spices and vanilla
- Soak your bread slices until they are fully soaked and have absorbed the liquid
- Preheat the pan - with sunflower oil
- Fry slices of soaked-bread individually
- Spread peanut butter on both top and bottom slices
- Slice bananas lengthways, lay on the bottom slice (on top of the peanut butter topping)
- Add the top slice of French Toast and viola!
