PRDC Adjusted Pool Hours. Broomfield Rec is experiencing a shortage of lifeguard staff resulting in a need to close the Paul Derda Rec Center pool early this weekend➡ Saturday, Sept. 4 - PDRC pool closes at 1 p.m.➡ Sunday, Sept. 5 - PDRC pool closes at 3:30 p.m.Through Sept. hours will be reduced at PDRC’s pool Monday -Thursday evenings with the pool closing at 8:30 p.m.The BCC pool hours remain as usual at this time, as listed below:➡ *Closed through Monday, September 6 for Maintenance Closure➡ Monday - Thursday: 5 a.m. - 10 p.m.➡ Friday: 5 a.m. - 8 p.m.➡ Saturday: 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.➡ Sunday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.Staff will assess operations monthly and return to full operations ASAP*Please note: The City and County of Broomfield cannot view neighborhood or community posts, and does not monitor NextDoor.
