(2/2) This just further proves how awful Spectrum customer service really is, we called and complained about internet issues months ago and i’ve been complaining for idk how long and they did nothing, now my internet could actually be worse depending on the router they give us

Dear @GetSpectrum - I look forward to seeing this ongoing outage in southeast Wisconsin reflected on my bill; I can't seem to maintain service for more than 8 minutes at a time, and it's ridiculous, given how much you have raised prices in the past year. Get it together.
