Dear @GetSpectrum - I look forward to seeing this ongoing outage in southeast Wisconsin reflected on my bill; I can't seem to maintain service for more than 8 minutes at a time, and it's ridiculous, given how much you have raised prices in the past year. Get it together.

Just cancelled my service with @GetSpectrum. Service never improved but continued to go up 3 times over 6 months. Last bill over 200 dollars. Not worth it.

@Ask_Spectrum Why does it take 30 minutes to disconnect Internet service with a live rep and why does it take literally, 20 times of answering NO to their 20 questions, for them to STOP trying to sell me new service, mobile service, etc.?THIS is another reason to go elsewhere 😠

@GetSpectrum Packet loss so bad ping rates through the roof! Downloads taking forever, we are top tier members, can you get a tech out here before Monday? Packet loss outside of our network has been established on your end somewhere. HELP!

@GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum you all need to rethink your poor selection for cable boxes and bring back the i-guide ones which had great features. Your prices keep going up while the quality of equipment goes down (& fast!) --some of us enjoy watching at home and not on a ph/tablet

@Ask_Spectrum Why in the world does 5G wifi stutter and lag completely out to not work yet 2G is slower than anything else and I can barely work?I cannot use 5G more than a few minutes without it going completely out and not working whatsoever and 2G is SLOW and I mean SLOW!

Yesterday I had the worse experience with @GetSpectrum I went into the store to pick up equipment and the manager said I couldn't. That I need proof of the people before me living there leaving. She then raised her voice. Seriously. She was giving a bunch of customer attitude.

@GetSpectrum Do not recommend Spectrum. Too many outages and problems especially with internet. No successful resolutions and no refunds for their outages. Hate using this platform but last resort. Suggestions for internet service, cable companies appreciated.
