The company has also imposed COVID-19 measures, including temperature checks before entry, mask requirements and advanced booking for all sessions using the Equinox app.
"Touch-free temperature checks will be required upon each entry to the club. If your temperature is higher than 100.4 degrees, or local guidelines, you will not be permitted to access the club for three days from the time of your reading," the company said.
Some locations require members to wear a mask at all times, while other branches allow them to remove their masks when exercising.

Most L.A. Fitness gyms are open on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, but some have yet to resume operations in the pandemic.
"Happy New Year! If your club is open: Thank you for being a member and dedicating yourself to being healthy this year! If your club is closed: We look forward to our doors opening again as soon as we are permitted and providing you with a safe place to exercise again," the company tweeted in early January.
Typical hours of operation range from 5 a.m to 10 or 11 p.m. local time during the week and from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the weekend.

The company said: "Clubs will close overnight to allow for enhanced cleaning," while "some equipment may be powered off or moved to provide ample space to work out safely.
"Classes will meet at modified times and locations to support social distancing," while "dedicated hours will be available at some locations for seniors only."

COVID-19 safety measures have been issued at several Gold's Gym locations.

In a statement on COVID safety updated last November, the company said: "All safety guidelines will be made available upon entrance, throughout the gym and via digital platforms. Live and video monitoring of clubs will be implemented by each franchisee to ensure protocols are being followed."
The fitness chain added that all staff were "strongly encouraged to wear masks and gloves at all times whenever provisions are available," while "no contact training and no equipment sharing training sessions" are allowed.
